Workplace Wellbeing

148 million. The number of working days lost in the UK to sickness absence in 2025, costing the economy £141 billion.

But absence is only half the story. Sick days average 9.4 per employee (the highest in over 15 years) whilst the bigger hidden cost is presenteeism: employees at work but not fully engaged. Combine the two, and UK workers lose an average of 43.6 productive days a year to poor health.

Why This Matters

Those numbers aren't abstract to me - I've lived them. Years in a high-pressure law firm and a tech startup, skipping breakfast, inhaling lunch at my desk and running on caffeine, until my own health forced me to stop and pay attention.

That's why I don't do tick-box wellbeing. A fruit bowl and a one-off yoga class won't shift the numbers above. Practical, realistic support that fits how your team actually works will.

Done well, investing in wellbeing delivers:

  • Better focus, energy and resilience

  • Fewer sick days and less burnout

  • Stronger engagement, morale and retention

  • A team that feels looked after - and performs like it

Whether it's gut health, stress, energy or eating well under pressure, I'll design a talk or programme around what your team actually needs.

Let's talk about what that could look like for your workplace.

  • "The feedback was overwhelmingly positive"

We invited Pippa in to deliver a session on energy and productivity for our team at North Highland. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive - people found it a great balance of practical and engaging, with lots of realistic takeaways they could apply straight away. Pippa was brilliant with the group and made the content feel genuinely relevant to working life. We'd highly recommend her to any organisation looking for a workplace wellbeing session that's honest, useful and a bit different from the usual.

    - Dominic Morley, Manager, North Highland

  • "By the end, we’d doubled the audience size. Proof that sometimes the best conversations happen when people least expect them."

It was fantastic to have you with us for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Hosting the session in the canteen felt like a bit of a risk at first, but it absolutely paid off. Watching people queue for their morning coffee, then unexpectedly stop and become engaged in your session, was brilliant to see. By the end, we’d doubled the audience size. Proof that sometimes the best conversations happen when people least expect them. A risk definitely worth taking!

    - Russ Martin, Head of Resource Management for EMEA / US, Ashurst

  • "The session created such a buzz - people were chatting about it for days after!"

Pippa hosted such an inspiring and informative workshop on Thriving Through the Phases of Womanhood. Every team member found it not only hugely educational and insightful but extremely motivating to make simple, personalised tweaks to their diet and lifestyle straight away. She shared brilliant recipes, practical kitchen hacks, and busted some common myths around hormones and supplements. The session created such a buzz - people were chatting about it for days after! We’ve seen genuine, positive changes across the team already. Highly recommend Pippa for any workplace looking to support and educate their employees in a meaningful way.

    - Lily Dodwell-Hill, Director, M Collective

  • "Already, team members are eating better, managing energy more effectively and feeling more productive."

Pippa’s session on Mastering Energy Balance and Beating Fatigue was packed with practical tips we could use immediately. Already, team members are eating better, managing energy more effectively and feeling more productive. We highly recommend her for any company looking to boost employee wellbeing and performance.

    - Jessica Simpson, Head of People, Climate Partner

  • "She also ran a drop-in clinic after the workshop, giving employees a confidential space to ask questions and get personalised advice - the feedback was fantastic!"

Pippa ran a brilliant session for our team during IBS and Stress Awareness Month in April. She explored the link between stress and gut health in a way that was engaging, easy to understand, and highly relevant to our day-to-day work. The tips she shared were simple and actionable, and the team left feeling more aware of their wellbeing and motivated to make small changes that could have a real impact. She also ran a drop-in clinic after the workshop, giving employees a confidential space to ask questions and get personalised advice - the feedback was fantastic! Thanks so much, Pippa, and we can’t wait to have you back again soon.

  • Bespoke Talks and Webinars

Talks and webinars tailored to each company’s specific goals and values, with audience numbers anywhere between 5 and 500. A popular format is 40 minute presentation + 20 minute Q&A. The aim is to educate, inspire and empower employees to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing and boost performance both in life and in the workplace.

  • Interactive Workshops

Interactive workshops, such as lunch & learns, offer practical takeaways to ensure your employees feel happy, healthy, and motivated. Topics can be chosen by you, with examples including stress management, food for mood (including gut-brain axis), blood sugar balance avoiding the afternoon crash, healthy habits at work, the power of batch cooking.

  • 1-2-1 Drop-in Sessions

One-to-one drop-in clinic available during the morning or afternoon. This is a more confidential offering employees the chance to share and address personal concerns and we come up with a plan based on the individual’s circumstances. Allow a minimum of 20-30 minutes per person.
