Pippa understands that every client is different and the most suitable package will be tailored and recommended based on your health concerns, goals, and the support required to address and achieve these. Consultations are usually run online, but if a client prefers in-person support, an additional room hire fee will be added to the cost. Below are examples of how health programmes look subject to length and level of support required.


4 month Programme

Designed for:

How it works

The first steps to feeling better

We’ll chat through your health concerns and goals on a free 20-minute call. You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire and food diary. Functional testing may be recommended.

Personalised consultations

We’ll discuss all aspects of your health history, lifestyle habits, goals and personal relationship with food. A nutrition & lifestyle plan will be fully tailored to your specific needs, including therapeutic supplementation where necessary.

Ongoing support

Weekly calls, health coaching and accountability allow us to review your progress, adjust your plan and keep you on track, whilst also empowering you with the knowledge and tools to support your health in the long-term.
